avoid wasting time
YOU can avoid wasting time.
Not wasting time buys you more time.
What does it mean to avoid wasting time?
It means avoiding procrastination.
It means avoiding meaningless conversations.
It means avoiding negative thinking.
Don’t procrastinate
Procrastination is the art of doing nothing. Don’t waste time procrastinating. People who wait too long to get started never finish first.
Don’t engage in meaningless conversations
Meaningless conversations are meaningless. Spending time talking about things that do not bring value to you or others is not a good use of your time. Only engage in conversations that are helping you and others move forward.
Don’t think negatively
Negative thinking gets negative results. Spending time entertaining negative thoughts is a waste of your precious time. Negative thoughts can also lead to negative talk—both of which are a waste of time.
Remember what Dr. Robert Schuller and Charles E. Popplestone said about avoiding that which is not productive:
