Becoming Brilliant at the Basics is a highly interactive and engaging Web-Based Training program that helps sales professionals stay focused on the basics of the sales process.
Complete with full-motion video and engaging graphics, this WBT program allows anyone with an Internet connection and a CD-ROM-equipped computer to complete all six sessions at his or her own pace. Each session is approximately 20 to 30 minutes in length. In addition, sales managers can use the program in a group training setting! Our unlimited usage licensing makes this program a great value.
